1. Interest will be credited to the account every six month, up to the last day of February and August. No interest will be paid if an account does not earn a minimum of 0.50 paisa per half year by way of such interest. Rate of interest is liable for revision as per directives of Reserve Bank of India issued from time to time.

  2. No interest will be accrued on any account which is closed within three months from date of its opening. Should the balance at credit of an account falls below Rs. 100/- on any day during any month no interest will be accrued on the account for that month.

  3. No depositor shall ordinarily make more than 50(fifty) withdrawals either by cheque or withdrawal from during a half-year (i.e. from March to August to February) from a Saving Bank Account. If the number of withdrawals in any account in any half-year exceeds the permissible limit, no interest will be accrued on the account for half-year.

OPERATION:
  1. Withdrawals from an Account can be made on the printed withdrawal forms supplied by the Bank provided the account holder personally visits the Branch and produces the Pass Book. However, withdrawal on the printed withdrawal form for a sum not exceeding Rs. 1000/- will also be permissible through bearer. For such withdrawals made through bearer, the risk and responsibility will be entirely of the account holder.

  2. The total amount of one or more withdrawals made by an account holder from his Saving Bank Account on the any day shall not exceed Rs. 10,000/- unless 10 days notice is given. If amount of withdrawal without such notice in any account in any day during a month exceed(s) the prior limit, no interest will be accrued in that account for the month.
